Saqib is a Pakistani DJ and producer based in New York City. He has been a resident DJ of Playground NYC and Members Only and has appeared in the Panther Room at Output, Cielo, Verboten, Santos Party house and many other venues throughout New York City both secret and known. He has played alongside Butane, Eric Volta, Dixon, Chaim, M.A.N.D.Y., Francesca Lombardo, Anthony Collins, Behrouz, El Mundo, Jonathan Charnis as well as Taimur and Fahad amongst others in New York, Miami, San Francisco and Toronto. Recordings of his sets have been featured on the Mixcloud charts, reaching #1 Minimal and Deep House, and top ten tech house, alongside features on Music is 4 Lovers, Dancing Astronaut, Orient Art, and Global Mixx Radio. His deep, seductive and lush sound has received plays from the likes of DJ’s like Atish, Thugfucker, Blond:ish, Finnebassen and YokOo amongst many many more and his sounds have been aired on Digweed’s transitions radio show, as well as Audiofly/ Blond:ish’s 2014 Ibiza #1 sampler.
